Always having the subject dead center on an image can become repetitive and boring.  To combat this, photographers use the Rule of Thirds, where the image area is divided into three horizontal sections and three vertical sections.  The goal is to frame the subject in one or more of those sections.  In this image, we can see the photographer framed the air traffic control tower in the far left section and the airport terminal/mountains in the lower third.
